Home Sweet Home? Or not...

Well, we made it back from our little get away last night. I had to work so while I sit here while the rest of you sleep I thought I would update you all. Friday we decided to try and find something to do after Tyler's meetings. They finished around 3:30. We had thought about driving to Disneyland, but then called and found out they don't do half day tickets or anything, so that wasn't worth it. So we decided to drive to Hollywood and check out the Blvd. It reminded us a lot of the strip in Las Vegas, only not quite as bad. There were all sorts of different kinds of people walking around, and people on the street playing music, dancing or some kind of entertainment to try and get your cash. People trying to hand you flyers. People were dressed up as different things. They have this wax museum, and we thought about going, but then decided we didn't want to pay almost $20 a person to see famous people made out of wax. We weren't there very long, but we can now say we have been to Hollywood Blvd. Saturday we got up and drove to Burbank and did a little shopping to pass the time before we had to be to the airport. Our plane got in around 7:00pm, and we were walking out of the airport and Tyler realized that he had set his ipod down when he used the bathroom before we got off the plane and left it there. He hurried back up the stairs to the security entrance but they wouldn't let him back in because he didn't have a valid boarding pass, so all he could do was call a number and leave a message about what happened and hope they call back and tell us they found it. On the way home my mom called and told me that Lauryn had just thrown up all over. And I guess Jordan has had a little cough the past couple of days. What a great end to our trip, a lost ipod, and we get to come home to sick, children!! Yippee!! Well, here are a few pictures...

This next guy was kind of funny. Kind of scary looking though.



The only star that we saw that we really knew who it was, and that was Donald Trump. We didn't recognize any other names.

And this was at the wax museum.


There were these guys that were doing a little breakdancing show that was actually pretty cool to watch. Here is a little video of one of them.
