We have had fun doing races this year as a family (Well, most of the time the whole fam runs, other than me and Kels). This race was in Orem and was a 6K, 3K and 1K. Tyler and Kade did the 6K. Jordan did the 3K, and Lauryn did the 1K. They had a great time.

This is Kade and his friend Kolby and Kolby's brother Kale. The swept their age group. Kade took first, Kale took 2nd and Kolby took 3rd! Way to go boys!
And Kelsey had fun cheering them all on with me! :)

That is SO cool that you guys are making it a family thing. It's so hard to find time for hobbies when you have kids (because...I have kids...and I know), so way to include them and help them learn to run early on.
Fun huh! We did races as a family this year too! Actually, just me and the boys, but it was great. We didn't have as much success as you guys, way to go!
You need to come run the BYU one with us next year...shorter races for the kids.:)

Congratulations family!!! So Proud of all of you! What a wonderful sport to start! My neighbor who is now in his 80's, had a heart attack a few years back, and the Dr. said that because of his strong heart from
all the running he did earlier in life, his life was spared. Very interesting!! Keep up the good work!!
